Day 22.. Struggling
So it's day 22 today & I've only lost 5 pounds up until now, which was all in the first 2 weeks. I'm working out for over an hour 5-6 days a week & sticking to my calorie goal. Am I being silly worry about not losing much? I guess it hasn't even been a month yet.
