Starting the weight loss journey.. need motivation!

Hello!
Female, 23, 5ft8 & 200lbs.
I've used MFP on & off for a couple of years & managed to lose a few pounds but then always ended up putting them back on. I spent summer in England (where I'm from) & winter working in the French Alps, surrounded by bread & cheese, which is where the pounds would return!
At the end of April this year I moved to California & am finally settled after moving around so much. I feel I am now fully ready to dedicate myself to working out & watching what I eat.
I joined the gym two weeks ago at 205lbs, so I'm slowly making progress! I think I'd ideally like to lose around 50lbs.
I'd love to have some new friends to chat to who can help keep me motivated!

    I love bread too! For me i had to give it up, all my crazy body does is store it like a hamster! Good luck on your journey, just don't go too fast and try and enjoy the journey :) Keep posting so we can all help out on the days that are not good.... :)
