Anyone have any good suggestions for workouts that will work on thighs? i feel like no matter what I do, i have thunder thighs..I do insanity, and cardio throughout the week at the gym and still i lose nothing..I was thinking maybe start running? any suggestions are greatly appreciated! :) THank you!!

Just wondering if anyone has any good work out exercises to help lose love handles? i have been doing insanity for 3 weeks, and also hit the gym 5 days a week before work, and just wanna step it up and lose these love handles..any suggestions?
