Yes, they work if both parties are commited. My husband is active duty military and before we got married, we were long distance for a litle while and it worked.

i do body by vi, and i love them..you can make so many different kinds of shakes and they are so delicious

yeh upper body strength training will help, i was having the same problem too with losing weight, and ive been doing the insanity program and i no longer need a lift! lol!..good luck hun, and keep up the great work! congrats your ur journey so far, feel free to add me for extra support! :)

im in my 2nd round of insanity and i experience the same thing...the warm up is usually difficult to start considering i work out in the am at the gym, work all day, then do insanity at night but once i get going im good..i always scream at shaun t throughout the workout but then when im done, i feel great!

tough choice b/c u need good shoes with insanity and its pretty cool to see how many calories you burn with insanity..i would buy insanity, im on my 2nd round and i am completely addicted to the workouts..I got great results..good luck hun!

i had back surgery when i was 16 and was limited to what i did as well. i suggest something low impact like the stationary bicycle. good luck..i had great success after my surgery for a few years, and now if i dont stay active then i see a spinal fusion in my future..no thanxs to that!

i like to bring soup, select harvest from campbells are pretty good, and are about 110 calories and i add in 5 crackers which is 60 calories..or i'll make a turkey burger the night before for lunch...

i am usually in bed between 9-10, 10:30 the very latest, and i am up at 4:50am and my gf picks me up at 5:30 and we hit the gym at 5:45am till 6:30am..Sleep is very important, u also burn calories too while u sleep!.:)

i am about to finish week 4 of insanity and i am hooked..it is the best workout i have ever done, it is hard to keep up but u work at your own pace and build up your resistance.

I am suppose to eat 1500 a day and i am lucky if i get over 1100..I am literally just not that hungry to eat my calories, i do snack and eat my 3-4 meals a day, but now that i have started eating healthy i just cannot physically eat my 1500 a day..

what keeps me motivated is how much better and healthier I feel now that i finally got my *kitten* in gear and started dropping the weight, also seeing my husbands face when he was home for R&R in October and seeing his face in March when he returns home from Afghanistan..also my co workers who hate on me for "bragging"…

I feel the same way, i get up at 5am 3-5 days a week and hit the gym before work, and i def feel a lot hungrier throughout the day..

I have a norditrack and i love it...only c/o is it squeaks a lot

I would use the bands, and do push ups on your knees until u work your way upto real push ups..dont give up..i tried p90x and felt like a failure but stuck with it..
