I've gone back to my old habits. Motivate me!
In the past couple weeks I've gone back to my old habits: eating McDonald's greasy burgers and salty fries almost every day as well as double servings of frozen pasta meals and other junk food like potato chips, candy and donuts, as well as not exercising. Please give me some motivation and support to help me reverse this!

I finally joined a gym!
My health insurance gave me a free lifetime membership to a gym and I finally joined yesterday! I'm a 31 year old guy and I'm still about 300 lbs, I'm 5'8'' tall and I have bronchial asthma. So, what machines can/should I use, how fast, and for how long, without passing out or having an asthma attack? I have hypothyroidism…

Always hungry
I eat tons of Lean Cuisine meals but they never fill me up. I always get hungry again 2 or 3 hours after I eat them. What's a healthy snack to quench my hunger between meals?
