Tracking Exercise - Got Discouraged
So for the first time I was logging my exercise yesterday. I did about 15min of my "usual" workout that I've done since High School. Kale Chips
OMG yum! Cut up some Kale, toss in seasoning and oil. Bake at 350 for 10-15min (or until crispy). I used Cancun seasoning (spicy a bit). YUM YUM YUM!
