Oh I see, I see. Fifteen min was all I could squeeze in before work yesterday, my workouts are generally longer than that. Jogging is what I mainly do (which I'm about to go do in a min). I've never been good with figuring out calories in and out and cardio vs strength LOL! This place is teaching me so much, thank you! :)

I just made some w/ sliced garlic, salt and pepper. After they were cooked I thought to myself, "That didn't make much.. I need to make a whole bunch next time" LOL!

I wanted to make these tonight but I'm all out of oil. We're going shopping in the morning and I'm going to buy some garlic (out of that too). I love roasted garlic so that and kale chips - NUM!!!!

Whatever oil you want. I'll use olive oil next, but I'm out so I just used Canola. Didn't have any safflower but it's just to keep the coating on the kale and make it crispy, so whatever you prefer :)

Hydrive is a water drink that I *think* is good for you. It's non-carbonated. Energy drinks are bad, I've recently gotten off my oneaday kick for over a year now (yikes!). Organic coffee and tea. Your tastebuds will adjust :)

My husband and I decided to start juicing again today. We drink a lot of lemon water and for "brunch" we had peaches, strawberries, bananas, spinach and about a tbsp of flax seed. I'm the same way. My standard exercise I get bored with. Yoga is fun, but I get bored (does that make sense?), belly dancing was fun and now I've lost the video. Oh, yoga is hard to do because both my daughters will stand RIGHT next to me while I do it and climb under me and get in the way... it's really annoying.…

I was looking at BMI calculator. It said I should be around 110-115. I personally think I would look weird at that weight, but I'm going to shoot for the 115-120 range.

I have dehydrated all types of fruit. They're a little "sticky" afterwards, much more tart and sweet tasting. Very delicious! I just cut them up and put them on the dehydrator racks and took them off when I felt like they were done!

Mine is hating looking in the mirror, hating how my clothes fit and how I dress 2 decades older than what I am. My husband is HOT and I feel like a complete frump next to him. Yes, I feel like if I have the proper "workout clothes" or weights or whatever that this will somehow make me lose weight. I know all I really need to do is put some tennis shoes on and get my butt outside and jog with my dog LOL!

I did a juice fast over a month ago, was going for 10days but on day 4 had a bad reaction to watermelon juice. I have to say though, my body really did feel different and "cleaner" and I had AMAZING energy! I did lose weight, but it came back easily (because I ate like crap) lol.
