If I'm not hungry do i need to keep eating?
So I have logged my food for the day and it says I am short of my 1200 calorie goal, plus I don't know if I should count the exercise I did on my incline trainer since I have the fitbit but that is another thread! Fitbit doesn't know what incline training is!
So my fitbit will give me the steps HOWEVER it does not take into account that I was at a steep incline and was working hard, so is it better to log the calories burned as shown by the incline trainer with HR monitor or just leave it as the fitbit says?
