O.k. so im trying to replace my chocolate, biscuit, crisps, toast binging with healthy seeds and nuts. No idea where to start so thought id try here. heard that hemp, sunflower and mumpkin is a good mix with natural yogurt and maybe some dried fruits such as cranberry? Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated!
