What is the best heart rate monitor with no chest strap that will measure steps, heart rate and calories?
Who used this calculator to set their calorie goal? It's off from MFP by like 800. Which is more accurate.
If my calorie goal is 1200 and I workout 200 calories should I eat back those 200 calories ? I'm confused on this.
