Is a chest strapreasonable to wear all day everyday? I've heard of people saying they have something they wear that looks like a watch and it measures heart rate off your pulse on your wrist.

Everyday done so far. Had to stop on abs couldn't do both. Not and walking everyday. Too much too fast

The iifym calculator says that to maintain I should eat 2230 in order to lose fat I should eat 1800(approx) The bmr calc on that website says 1530 MFP says for me to lose 1 lb a week I should eat 1580 The numbers don't make sense. I'm concerned this is why I've plateaued. Maybe I should stop eating back my exercise…

Yes I did pick 2 lbs per week and sedentary bc at the time that was true. Now I exercise everyday and I chase around my 2 year and have a job where I'm up and down all day. What should I choose?

How do I know what the right amount is? I do somedays feel like its not enough. I am trying to lose weight but I feel like I'm starving somedays. Anyone's input is welcome. I'm clueless.
