I wish I could start today but I did squats today at crossfit and sore as hell. However, I printed the squat and ab challenge and hope to start on Monday after I get a good rest on Sunday!!!!!!

Okay...My squat and ab challenge day 1 done!!
50 squats
15 sit ups
5 crunches
5 leg raises
10 second plank!!0 -

If you google 30 day ab challenge, there are several. The one I am doing starts with 20 crunches. It has a similar schedule like the squat challenge; you work for 3 days then rest the 4th day. I tried to copy and paste a link, but my computer is messing up.0

Nice to know but it doesn't bother me. I have done over 96 squats on a daily basis for a long time with some circuits that I have done in the past and have done now. I do not expect miracles but it does help me keep my heart rate up so I am using it for a "warm up" before I do my other workouts. It will also help to give me extra leg/glute workouts which I do need. lol
However...if you are a beginner I can see how this could be an imbalance for a beginner for spot training anything. I don't believe in spot training and I think ti should be incorporated into the other fitness routine that you are following.
