Done. DONE DONE DONE. Done. Started August 2. Lost 55 lbs. Walked 666.01 miles. Done. DONE. Just in time for Thanksgiving, so I can gain it all back and start over again. ;) Nah, lifelong commitment and all that. But as far as losing weight goes... DONE!!!!!!!

Almost there...
As of this morning's weigh-in. I am just two lb. shy of my target. Two pounds. TWO POUNDS. I started my regimen on August 2, just a few months after I quit smoking (a 30 year habit). I weighed 205 at the time. I now walk an average of 8 miles per day, up to 15 on weekends. Last week, I walked nearly 70 miles. Tomorrow…

20 down... let's have sushi or something!
I celebrated losing my first 20 lbs today with dinner out for the first time since starting. Despite having about 800 calories worth of sushi (really, really amazing and more-appreciated-than-ever sushi), I only went over my net calories for the day by 200.
