I'm 45 years old and need to lose 16 pounds to be where I was this time last year...overall goal is a loss of about 27 pounds.

High protein / high fiber snack that tastes like a dessert
1 cup frozen mixed berries (slightly thawed) 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt 1 scoop whey protein powder - vanilla flavor Mix the protein powder with the yogurt very well then mix in the berries.
