High protein / high fiber snack that tastes like a dessert

1 cup frozen mixed berries (slightly thawed)
1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop whey protein powder - vanilla flavor

Mix the protein powder with the yogurt very well then mix in the berries. Since the berries are still slightly frozen the mixture will have the consistency of frozen yogurt....so yummy! About 250 calories, 9 grams of fiber and 36 grams of protein.
