Hi! Has anyone completed this program and NOT gone by the BB meal plan? I eat clean and I do make sure that I am putting enough calories in my body for gains but I find the meal plan exhausting and not exactly something I would want to continue referencing forever.
I noticed that someone else had an option to click so you could see their food intake.
