I am going through the same thing. After my first baby, it was decent enough for me to wear a bikini and not have too much excess skin but the second baby wasn't as forgiving. Do lots of strength training and of course you have to watch your diet. You can also get really cute monokini's that are just as nice as a bikini's…

I've never heard of that kind of yogurt but am curious to read what other have to say about it. On another note, my sister in law introduced me to Hal Higdeon's traning schedule when I was training for a 10K and it worked out great :)

Great idea. I don't have the app on my phone but I will put a reminder in daily to log onto the computer. I think that will help keep me motivated.
