I would agree. I would also tend to think most that have gym imtdation also have issues with social anxiety in other situations that are harder to deal with than a gym where weights clang.8 -

Many of the champion bodybuilders were solid powerlifters before bodybuilding. Think Arnold, Franco Columbo, Ronnie Coleman, etc. You're not going to look like a bodybuilder IMO, unless you have a go…3 -

I'd say it's because you have to take the daily calories into consideration. If someone was a 100-110 poind endurance athlete eating 4000 calories, 400 cal for 100g of protein a day may be fine. For …3
