Are you at least talking to your treatment team? Can you try drinking calories - something like a protein shake that you could make fairly dense Set a timer and eat couple hundred calories every hour…5 -

20lbs in 5 weeks is on the agressive side - I would hypothesize you aren’t eating enough to allow your body to recover which is leading to injuries - on top of too much too soon14
