I’m in a similar range as you. 5”2, 129lbs, decently lean. I think 1200 is way too low. It’s blow your BMR. It doesn’t leave much wiggle room for you and you’d have to go lower to see further results…6 -

Perhaps your metabolism has slowed down from chronic dieting and the calculations are off bc of that. Look up metabolic adaptation. Best of luck to you.5 -
