I breathe through my mouth, and running is best done on an empty stomach. Don't drink a lot of water, and build up your muscles for stamina1 -

To reduce carbs I am cutting back on wine and avoiding flavored spirits. I have 2 or 3 cocktails a week and I drink them mostly on the rocks11 -
