Hmmm, well I was 337 and I kept my calories pretty low for the first few months..averaging like 1500 calories..this allowed me a lot of wiggle room with logging..if I forgot to log a banana or wasn't…7 -

I have a hard time snacking, it's never enough to make me feel "not hungry" so I often try to stick with 2 - 3 large, filling meals thru the day1
