I joined James Swanwick's 30 Day No Alcohol Challenge. It's a paid subscription thing but has a 2 week refund policy (maybe 30 days??). Nonetheless I'm listening to his videos and he has a private FB…3 -

Had a strong sober saturday but haven't done well since. Nothing crazy just not 100% AF. Fighting the cravings now. Anybody out there?2 -

After trying for over a week on this thread i put together a AF day yesterday. Slept thru the night, worked out this morning. Feel good. Day 1 in the books.10
