It has taken me over 2 years. I went slow and steady at about a lb a week ... from 284 to 174-ish. I am 5’9.3 -

I haven’t lost anything in the past few months (of my own making - loose tracking/crazy work schedule - but I also haven’t gained so I apparently found my maintenance). I still have 15-20 lbs to go b…28 -

Deadlifts, climbing the rope, smacking a tire with a sledgehammer ... good for aggression workouts! Lol2
