Single digit pants size!!

I haven’t lost anything in the past few months (of my own making - loose tracking/crazy work schedule - but I also haven’t gained so I apparently found my maintenance). I still have 15-20 lbs to go but I have been lifting and apparently lost some inches. Bought two pairs of pants in sz 8 this week — I don’t care if it is vanity sizing ... I used to wear a 22 in the same brand so I was thrilled. Haven’t seen a single digit size since high school!

That is awesome!! I seriously never wore a single digit pant size in my life...went from girls' largest "husky cut" sizes straight to juniors 11 and ladies 12 when I was nine and ten years old!

I do still love all of the 10s and a few 12s filling my closet now though, after being 22/24 for most of my life (26 and 28 at one point) so I feel ya!! It's awesome!

Tips? I’m new and want to do the same as you ladies! Also how long did it take? I absolutely hate seeing these size 22 and 24s in my closet when I was a 12 before and would love to be smaller than that even. Would love some tips and how long it took you ladies to drop to single digit pant sizes

It has taken me over 2 years. I went slow and steady at about a lb a week ... from 284 to 174-ish. I am 5’9.
