So breakfast? Smoothies don't do it for me. I rotate between fruit and yoghurt (add stuff like chia, hemp, sunflower, flax for fat and such) or oatmeal with a fruit and some peanut butter or somethin…3 -

I do dry shampoo at night and pineapple it, and then that next day when it needs a wash but it's just not practical I do a deep side part and braid back one side and do a ponytail. Gets a bit of dime…2 -

Rice cakes and peanut butter. Fruit - apples, bananas, tangerines and oranges. Boiled eggs. Crackers.1
