You could find clothing that fit proper. I’m 5’4” and 115lbs with some fluff at the waist, high waisted pants and shorts fit better on me. No more muffin top.3 -

I do a sort of an IF, eat/stop/eat, no lunch. It helps with keeping my calories in my daily goal. Don’t believe the hype.4
