I totally agree with you on cheat meals. When I stay focused its so much easier to keep going. When I have a cheat meal (I never go over my net calories) it makes the rest of the day or the next day …2 -
No longer Obese
I hit another mini goal today. I am officially half way to my goal of 68 lbs lost (CW 213.3 or 34.7 lost) I am also no longer Obese according to the BMI chart! It feels good to be just overweight.52 -
