I'm the opposite. While I eat throughout the day, I save about half of my calories for night. Otherwise I'll overeat.1 -

I pretty much live off ten or so ingredients.. everyday foods would be Egg whites Greek yogurt Almond milk Spinach Onion Ezekiel bread Salmon3 -
