@j29t I am thrilled that I only put on a couple of pounds as well, and I am nearly back to where I was pre Christmas. I often gain at least 6 or 7 pounds over the holidays and it never ends up coming…2 -

Re: Stress sabotage
A simple thing that often (not always) helps me is to ask myself "will eating this solve my problem?" Often it is enough to stop me from eating when I am stressed.7
