Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. If you are gaining weight you're no longer in a calorie deficit. Are you using a food scale and weighing everything that you eat?3 -

Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. If you only need to lose 12 lbs healthy weight loss would be .5 lbs a week. You can use mfp to help calculate your calories.1
