I lost just under 100lbs 5 years ago and have maintained it, within a 15lbs range, fairly easily. For me, it was CRITICAL to change how I see food, and to make tracking and exercise a part of my life…7 -

The formula should also be the same for calories per gram. If something is 10grams and 100 calories, than half that would be 5 grams and 50 calories.6 -

Just divide the total calories in 250ml by 2. 250ml ÷ 2 = 125ml 85cal ÷ 2 = 42.5 calories per 125ml5 -

I wouldnt say it's a cure, as not all patients qualify to have it, and receiving blood products has it's own inherent set of risks. It is an excellent treatment for certain patients though.4
