One item you could add is quinoa. High in protein and very versatile. Lately I've been adding tomato, zucchini and garlic and cooking it in a vegetable broth. I also add it to chili. :)1 -

I rip the seal off and try to get as much of the remnants peeled off as well. Afterwards, I run the containers through the dishwasher and re-use them in the spring as seed starter containers. :)4 -

Oooh, I'm intrigued by these. I like having Pop Tarts on hand for a snack while working, but if the price is decent on these I may need to purchase!1 -
