It took me almost a year of lifting heavy, one day each week specifically dedicated to legs/glutes, to see results. I also had to make sure I was getting enough protein to promote muscle development.…1 -
Re: Deadlift failing because of grip
My grip strength is horrible in my left hand because of a stroke. Little chance it will improve. Using a weight strap is the only thing that helps me and allows me to lift heavier.2 -

I'm 50. 3 1/2 years ago I suffered a large stroke. It sure opened my eyes. I started eating extremely healthy, and discovered weight lifting. I'm in the best shape of my life now.3
