If you like 150 extra calories a day vs 200 that's fine, but to me it's majoring in the minors. Remember in the US (believe the poster is non-US) calorie labels can vary +/- 20% of actual calories so…2 -

It takes about 3500 excess calories to gain a pound. So if you add 200 calories a day for 30 days you should see about a kg in a month.1
