YouTube has a lot of non boring cardio. Cycling outside....hikes in the woods....taking a class out of the house a few times a week/month helps keep things alive1 -

Water helps, for me. To curb the hunger. If I listen to myself too much, it’s too much. But protein is awesome, regardless3 -

Re: Slow weight loss
I once at 1200 a day, and only lost 2 pounds in 3 months. Then 25 ish fell off in the preceding months. I guess it just takes time. Work = Results!2 -

Creamer killed my weight loss. I now use 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla cashew milk with sweetener. Only 13 additional calories. Coconut creamer is low in cal...but it’s super thin.1
