I gingerly did some chins at work today (I have a pull up tower in my office to force/remind me not to spend all day sitting on my brains). It worked. Seems my shoulder has healed!! Back to strength …1 -

New Precors may work with bluetooth, ANT+, etc, but my older one needs a HRM that transmits 5 kHZ. Phone is generally plugged into my old receiver pumping out music, so not really looking for an app …1 -

I have a gym in my shop, decked out with sound and a TV. I used to watch movies while doing cardio (something with action as I noticed I would inadvertently push harder during action scenes). However…1
