1/7….163 I have not made any progress these rounds. I need motivation to get to exercising and get better control of my eating…..getting discouraged, but know I have to stick with this and get my act…5 -

Day/Weight/Comment 12/29….162....up AGAIN....two more eating events take place this weekend and I need to seriously cut back on my sugar intake.6
