Those asking, I'm 5'11 so yes my weight looks vastly different on me than someone that is much shorter, one of the perks of being tall. I was MISERABLE at 180, I felt awful, hated my body, everything…4 -

June 2016 to June 2017 This is a lot of hard work, sweat, consistency....all in all...it really wasn't THAT hard....I put in the work and ate appropriately for my goals. Nobody else can do it for you!164
