YOU CAN DO IT. Stay strong, stay consistent, don't beat yourself on days your diet isn't going as planned. You can always make a smarter choice for your next meal. Lift weights, do cardio, stay positive & believe in yourself. It will all come with time and patience and persistence.
This is 40 lbs down and I'm a mother of one (also c section as well)
I'm 5'11/6feet and lost all this on 1800 Calories a day. You don't have to starve to lose!!!

My weight now is 140! I'm currently doing a slow bulk now to put on some muscle and then cut again to hopefully reveal said muscle lol this is going to be a challenge for me.
And this progress took roughly 10-12 months. A year isn't long in hindsite, it passed so quickly.
