Week and a half =/= hard work. Put in 4-6 months of effort and then you can say that you've worked hard. Then, if you've got no progress to show for it, you can say it didn't pay off.12 -

Are you properly utilising your posterior chain? Are your quads compensating for under activated glutes/hamstrings? Could be that your form is off and you're failing to bring in the right musculature…1
