Guess I'm done with the water weight. 181.4 :/ Even with the slight increase, I am happy to say I have remained under my calorie goal everyday so far. And have managed to avoid late night snacks2 -

Some how I've managed to gain back almost everything that I lost. Totally ready to try this again... and definitely need to stick with it when my weight gets close to my goal.3
