I'm lifting way under your amounts and I have found that a good quality lifting belt helps a great deal. It makes the lifts easier and I have less sore muscles the next couple of days.1 -

They are made to simply tear off -- no cutting needed.1 -

Another vote for StrongLifts 5x5 - I use the app on my iphone and don't have to worry about what I need to do next and recording of what has been done is just a few simple taps on the screen.1
