Frusterated with the Scale

If you're doing mostly cardio, your endurance will probably be slightly decreased, so take it slow. If you mostly strength train, I tend to come back stronger after an extended break.1 -

I targeted heavy weights, low reps. I suggest finding a program that works for you, but I strongly suggest lifting heavy. New Rules of Lifting has some good programs, Strong Curves is a good program …5 -

Actually, if that was your goal, I'd specifically do strength training. I very highly recommend checking out one of the books that I mentioned in my previous post (http://www.thenewrulesoflifting.com…3
