Going on vacation next week and I am eating to maintain, so this goes out to anyone on a low calorie intake to lose weight. Once you hit maintenance the amount of food you can eat is like a buffet :)…1 -

I'll be honest I'm not 100% sure my scale didn't go above 300 but it's over 80 pounds since I hit the 300 mark.4 -
