Going on vacation next week and I am eating to maintain, so this goes out to anyone on a low calorie intake to lose weight. Once you hit maintenance the amount of food you can eat is like a buffet :) I honestly get a bit gross feeling eating this much but I can't buy new clothes again lol looking forward to getting back…

I may not be the best at staying low calorie the next few weeks but my diary is open and I'm always welcoming to new friends! I log every day :) good or bad lol its the only way to stay honest with myself!

I'll be honest I'm not 100% sure my scale didn't go above 300 but it's over 80 pounds since I hit the 300 mark.

My goal is a 100 but I am pretty sure it will be upped as I am closing in on the 60 lost, still a ways to go so if you'd like to add me I am game. I started in February and if your mind is ready, your body will follow!

When I played most Bethesda games I disappeared for so long I am pretty sure family and friends thought I had passed on.. Needless to say I don't game anymore but I still like watching movies and come on if you didn't like Deadpool you have no sense of humor at all.

That's what I thought when I first started paying attention to the activity charts but like today my watch recorded 1079 activity calories 3577 total calories Mfp gave me my 13k steps for 600 calories. I appreciate all the replies :) I was hoping for a way to sync watch/mfp. I will continue to adjust caloric intake accordingly to get from 4/5 pounds a week to 2 pounds so I can maintain this forever :)

I don't know why it bugged me as much as it did, but just the other day a young lady commented that she wished she could eat "clean like I am" to lose weight. I don't eat clean, I eat crap but under calorie crap and I have explained it again and again when people bring up my weight loss.

I take One a Day Men's Health Formula, and 1600 calories or less a day. It costs me nothing but food costs, and it lost me 40 pounds since February. I do not want to do anything I cannot comfortably do for the rest of my life.

Thanks :smiley: I crossed MFPs 40 pounds lost mark this mornings weigh in. I probably lost a bit more than that but if not I am happy at 40 lost so far. Now that I can actually jog the weight seems to be sliding off my body, and I am feeling like a kid again! lol

Yeah I will hit 40 in 22 more days (not that I am counting lol) It was one of my motivators. The biggest is my 12 year old non verbal autistic daughter, I realized the longer I am around the better her life can be. My initial goal was get to 200 pounds but now that I am close to half way there I am shooting for lower LOL…

Yeah I was consistently full on 1600 calories a day now I am eating 1900 or so. I was never eating my exercise calories back, I am okay with doing that though! I was just curious how the same calorie burn was making me hungrier.

Day 50 yesterday was the second time I dipped into my exercise calories. If my body says eat, I eat if it doesn't then I don't. I have never experienced the starvation feeling on my calorie counting diet. When I started I ate a garden sized serving of veggies with every meal (4oz haddock and an entire bag of steamed veggies 240 calories) You can do this!
