Day 4 for me, Friday. I don’t feel like having a glass of wine, but my husband will open a bottle. Determined to stay strong, have a long half marathon training run tomorrow so will focus on that.4 -

I’m so pleased, have got over the Friday evening. My first dry Friday in months! Hope I can manage Saturday too, but another day done :)6 -

I’ve started daily weighing using happy scale app. I can tell with clothes too. For me daily accountability means less stress compared with skipping a week or two weigh in... a week or two became 18 …4
