I was diognosed fatty liver (I don't drink) and prediabetic. no longer prediabetic and have lost almost 70 lbs. lt was reccomended I cut out sugar and white flour so that's what I did.1 -

that as I loose weight I need more intense exercise to get the same benifit but my joints aren't up for it. example walking and hiking need to be replaced with jogging but knee can't do it.10
