9.2 (165.6) Holy Moses! It's probably because I didn't have supper nor an evening snack and my liver just went into overdrive pumping out whatever it is it pumps out. I'll test again in two hours.

Good Judy!!! Hope you are feeling much stronger and better now!!
The more regularly you can eat about the same carbs per meal and have snacks and do whatever exercise/walking and things the more stable your blood sugar will be. I know you are just getting back into eating regular meals!

Yeah, getting better every day. I haven't really exercised much unless you count walking in the malls with armfuls of gifts. I'm hurting on the side today, having over extended myself again. Food wise, everything is coming together nicely.

Good morning all. I'm catching up from the Christmas rush...12/14=118, 12/15=107, 12/16=99, & yesterday was 96. Today's my "rest fingers" day :)

114 (6.33) well that made no sense. i got home around 8pm had a slice of apple pie with whipped cream and a mug of good cocoa... really expected a much higher number. and diiner at 5pm was chicken cordon blu with rice and a mornay sauce... not exactly healthy :)

8.2 (147.6) Peanut butter sandwich late at night will do that I guess. JvJim, I've had days like that, where I eat anything that's not moving or good for me, and my morning reading is even lower than what the doctor says is good for me. I can't figure it out either, I just accept it with a smile.

Last night was our extended family Christmas party...I tried to be good with balancing "chocolate" with fruit, but knew my number would be up this morning :) It's 118 today

@leanmachine514 it is easy to balance chocolate and fruit... slice the top and bottom or the fruit so that they are parallel planes, place the bottom of said fruit on a small plate, center a large platter on top on the fruit and starting at the center place chocolates in concentric rings until you reach the edge, repeat with slightly smaller concentric rings for each on the remaining layers (think pyramid) , until there is just room for one piece in the top layer, or you run out of chocolates, which ever comes first.

Glad i could be of service :)

156 (8.67) dang... it has not been that high since september. oddly, all my macros were balanced on tuesday, my card count was nearly 100g less than normal, sugar count was 30g less than average... oh well it is not an exact science.

8.8 (158.4) Lots of carbs yesterday, which I really should be more careful about. And, those evil candy canes.

Thanks leanmachine. After the headache was gone, I never felt better. I believe I am finally well again. Just have to watch my food consumption and sugars.

Today's BG. 9.7 (174.6). It's always like this. In two hours it will be normal so I'm not worried.
