95. Amazing to watch my BS come down as I lose weight and as the weather cools off. A month ago I was averaging 120, was 10 lbs heavier, and was hot (I live in Phoenix). On this journey, I've moved from 278, down to this morning's 235.2 I'm still in the Obese One level according to the BMI charts.1
